Hi there! My name is Cornelius Holmes and I am a licensed practicing therapist and counselor.  I have strong roots in the South and work with clients in the state of PA, primarily the areas of Lancaster, Philadelphia, and Pittsburgh, PA.  I enjoy helping others heal and develop strategies and action steps to live a more joyful quality of life.

In most aspects of our lives, we make a plan. We plan our vacations, make reservations for dinners, etc., and we plan to spend time with friends, family, and loved ones. Taking time to engage in self-care and prioritize your well-being is important. Whether we are discussing engaging in therapy, consultation services, coaching, or supervision, establishing credibility early on in my work with you is vital to creating a working and professional relationship that is rooted in trust.  There is no limit to what we can accomplish when our critical thinking skills, imagination, and creativity come together.
